Please read this page carefully before using SURCHI or relying on any information provided through the platform. By accessing surchi.xyz or using any SURCHI product, API, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below. This document covers SURCHI’s legal position on financial advice, the risks inherent in cryptocurrency markets, the accuracy and limitations of platform data, your privacy rights, and the boundaries of SURCHI’s liability. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

Not Financial Advice

All information available on the SURCHI platform — including but not limited to token price data, AI audit scores, wallet analytics, PnL calculations, liquidity metrics, and governance proposals — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on SURCHI constitutes, or should be interpreted as, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice of any kind. SURCHI does not recommend or endorse any specific token, investment strategy, DeFi protocol, or trading action. The data and analysis tools provided by SURCHI are designed to help you conduct your own research — they are inputs to your decision-making process, not substitutes for it. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment or financial decision you make. Before making any investment, you should consider consulting a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel with appropriate expertise in digital assets and the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Past results described on the platform — including historical PnL data of tracked wallets — do not predict future performance.
Cryptocurrency investments carry a significant risk of loss. The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can decrease rapidly — including to zero — due to market conditions, regulatory changes, technical vulnerabilities, or project failure. You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose entirely. SURCHI is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using information provided on the platform.

Risk Warning

Engaging with cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and blockchain-based assets involves a unique and substantial set of risks that you should fully understand before participating. The following is a non-exhaustive list of the key risk categories relevant to SURCHI users. Market Volatility Risk Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile. Token values can increase or decrease by large percentages within minutes, hours, or days. Market conditions can change suddenly and without warning due to macroeconomic events, regulatory announcements, social media activity, or the actions of large market participants. You may lose a substantial portion — or all — of the value of your investment at any time. Smart Contract Risk Even tokens that receive a low risk score from SURCHI’s AI Audit may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities in their smart contract code. No automated or manual audit can guarantee the absence of all bugs, exploits, or malicious logic. Smart contract exploits can result in the total loss of funds held in or associated with the affected contract. SURCHI’s audit scores reflect the current state of our detection models and known vulnerability patterns — they are not a warranty of contract safety. Liquidity Risk Many tokens on decentralized exchanges have shallow liquidity pools, meaning that large trades can cause significant price impact (slippage). In extreme cases, you may be unable to sell a token at any meaningful price if liquidity is removed or if the token becomes worthless. Liquidity lock mechanisms reduce but do not eliminate this risk. Regulatory Risk The legal status of cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols varies significantly by jurisdiction and is subject to rapid change. Regulatory actions — including exchange bans, asset seizures, or requirements for identity verification — could materially impact the value or usability of digital assets. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction. Counterparty and Protocol Risk Third-party services, DEXs, bridges, and protocols that SURCHI references or integrates with carry their own risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities, team misconduct, and operational failures. SURCHI does not control these third-party systems and cannot be responsible for losses arising from their failure. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical price data, wallet PnL records, and AI model accuracy statistics shown on the platform are retrospective and do not guarantee similar outcomes in the future.
You may lose the entire value of your investment. Do not invest more than you are prepared to lose completely. AI audit scores, wallet intelligence data, and any other information provided by SURCHI do not constitute a guarantee of token safety or investment suitability.

Platform Data Accuracy

SURCHI aggregates on-chain data from multiple sources to provide the analytics and intelligence tools available on the platform. While we strive for the highest possible data quality and accuracy, there are important limitations you should be aware of. Data Sources Price, volume, and transaction data are sourced from a combination of direct connections to public blockchain nodes and third-party data aggregators. Audit results are generated by SURCHI’s proprietary AI models, which are trained on known contract patterns and regularly updated. Wallet analytics are computed directly from public on-chain transaction records. No Warranty of Accuracy or Completeness SURCHI makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or analysis provided through the platform. Data may be subject to errors arising from source data quality issues, processing latency, node outages, or model limitations. Real-Time Data Delays While SURCHI processes on-chain data as quickly as possible, real-time metrics may experience delays of seconds to minutes due to network congestion, node synchronization lag, or high platform load. Time-sensitive trading decisions should account for the possibility that displayed prices or metrics may not reflect the absolute latest state of the blockchain. Third-Party Data Providers Some data displayed on SURCHI is sourced from third-party providers. SURCHI is not responsible for errors or omissions in data provided by these third parties and does not warrant its accuracy. Verify Independently For any high-stakes financial decision — including large trades, DeFi deposits, or token launches — you should independently verify critical data using additional sources such as block explorers (Solscan, Etherscan, BscScan), official project documentation, and multiple data aggregators. Do not rely solely on SURCHI data for decisions of significant financial consequence.

No Endorsement

The presence of a token, wallet, protocol, or project on the SURCHI platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by SURCHI. SURCHI is an open analytics tool that indexes publicly available on-chain data — the vast majority of tokens and wallets appear on the platform automatically as a result of on-chain activity, not because they have been vetted or selected by the SURCHI team. Token Listings SURCHI does not vet, screen, or approve tokens before they appear in the Explorer. Any token deployed on a supported blockchain may appear in SURCHI search results. The presence of a token does not imply that it is legitimate, safe to invest in, or endorsed by SURCHI in any way. AI Audit Results AI audit scores are the output of automated models and do not represent a human review or formal certification of any token. A passing audit score is not an endorsement — it means automated checks did not detect known risk patterns, nothing more. Third-Party Links and DEX Routing SURCHI may provide links to third-party websites, DEXs, or protocols as a convenience. These links are provided “as is” without any endorsement or warranty. SURCHI has no control over the content, security, or functionality of third-party sites and is not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of them. Liquidity routing suggestions are provided to help you find efficient swap paths and do not constitute a recommendation to execute any specific trade.

Privacy Notice

SURCHI is committed to respecting your privacy and handling any data we collect responsibly and transparently. This section describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data. Data We Collect
  • Wallet addresses (public, on-chain): When you enter a wallet address into SURCHI — whether your own or another’s — we process that publicly available on-chain data to generate analytics. Wallet addresses are public identifiers on the blockchain and are not considered private information.
  • Usage analytics: We collect anonymized data about how users interact with the platform — such as which features are used, search terms, page views, and session duration — to help us improve the platform and prioritize development.
  • Email address (if provided): If you create an account or subscribe to alerts, we collect your email address to deliver the services you’ve requested. We do not sell email addresses to third parties.
  • API usage data: If you use the SURCHI API, we log API call metadata (endpoint, timestamp, response code) for rate limiting, billing, and abuse prevention purposes.
Data We Do NOT Collect
  • Private keys or seed phrases: SURCHI never requests, transmits, stores, or processes private keys or seed phrases under any circumstances. If any website or application claiming to be SURCHI asks for your private key or seed phrase, it is a scam — do not provide it.

How We Use Your Data Usage analytics and platform interaction data are used solely to understand how the platform is being used and to inform product development decisions. Email addresses are used to deliver the specific communications you’ve opted into (alerts, newsletters, governance notifications) and are not used for unsolicited marketing. Third-Party Analytics Providers SURCHI may use third-party analytics services (such as privacy-respecting web analytics tools) to process anonymized, aggregated usage data. These providers process data only on SURCHI’s behalf and are contractually prohibited from using the data for their own purposes. We select analytics providers that align with our commitment to user privacy and, where possible, use tools that do not use persistent tracking cookies. Data Retention Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@surchi.xyz. On-chain data (wallet analytics, transaction history) is sourced from the public blockchain and cannot be deleted from SURCHI’s systems, as it is public information. Contact For any privacy-related questions, data deletion requests, or concerns, contact us at privacy@surchi.xyz.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SURCHI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the SURCHI platform or any information obtained through it. This includes, without limitation:
  • Trading losses resulting from acting on information, analytics, or audit scores provided by SURCHI
  • Smart contract bugs or exploits in tokens analyzed by SURCHI’s AI Audit tool
  • Third-party failures, including DEX outages, bridge exploits, data provider errors, or wallet software vulnerabilities
  • Data inaccuracies arising from blockchain node delays, third-party data errors, or processing limitations
  • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
Maximum Liability Cap In jurisdictions where a complete limitation of liability is not enforceable, SURCHI’s total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount of fees you paid to SURCHI in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid any fees (i.e., you are a free-tier user), SURCHI’s maximum liability is USD $0.

Jurisdiction and Compliance

SURCHI is a global platform, but it is your responsibility — not SURCHI’s — to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Restricted Jurisdictions The SURCHI platform and $SURCHI token are not available to residents or citizens of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading, DeFi participation, or the use of such analytics tools is prohibited or restricted by law. This includes jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you must not access or use SURCHI. No Regulatory Advice SURCHI does not provide guidance on whether any specific token or DeFi activity is legal in your jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency regulation is rapidly evolving and varies significantly across countries and regions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, securities laws, and tax reporting obligations. Tax Obligations Cryptocurrency transactions — including token purchases, sales, swaps, and staking rewards — may generate taxable events under the laws of your jurisdiction. SURCHI’s PnL data may be useful for record-keeping purposes, but it is not a substitute for professional tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional familiar with digital asset taxation in your country.
